I'm Sali, a wardrobe stylist and the founder of PHERO, with more than ten years of personal styling experience. I work with clients in New York and San Francisco who are exceptional at what they do and want to look the part without it becoming another job.

My approach is simple. I learn how you actually live, then build a wardrobe around it. Pieces that move easily from a meeting to a dinner, edited so getting dressed takes a minute, not a morning. Nothing trend-driven for its own sake, nothing you won't reach for.

I work in person in both cities, two of the most demanding style markets in the world, and I bring that range to everything I do. The goal is always the same: that you walk into the room as the most considered version of yourself.
